My Halftime report

Ay' ho people.

After reading Yasmin Ahmads blog, I discovered a new trick to trimming down your waistline is by blogging during lunchtime. Some might say its not good as you need the food yada yada yada... But heck.. im gonna try it out anyways. I've quit smoking-except for occasional shisha sessions and boozing. Tough feat ay you say.. the toughest feat of 'em all is to get back into shape as I tend to eat more when I quit chain smoking a few months back. I packed up like hmm... 8-10 kilos since then and now I have to carry an 8-10 kilos bowling ball around my belly and some of my clothes dont fit anymore which annoys the hell out of me. Looks like I'll have to take heavy breakfast la for energy through out the day. And probably spend more on getting back into shape. Lets hope I can keep it up. Im also attaching my erm... bodystats just for the record and prove to non-believers that this might.

Height: 167 cm (* im not gonna grow any taller so this is totally useless unless im counting my B.M.I)
Weight : 78kg. (Yep!! 2 kgs away from the big 8.0)


Ok probably its not that much of a deal for you cause youve been doing this all this while... But hell.. Try quit smoking, boozing and after that maintain your weight all at the same time and you'll find it hard believe me. Woooppsss... its already 2:10 pm yikes.. Better get back to work.
